With the arrival of autumn, the Belgrade Fair opens its doors to visitors through a series of events that bring a combination of tradition, innovation and inspiration. During September and October, the fair becomes a place of cultural, economic and entertainment events, gathering numerous exhibitors and visitors from the country and abroad.
In September, visitors can expect programs dedicated to weapons and transport, while October traditionally brings a rich calendar of fairs dedicated to books, the furniture industry, energy and natural resources, as well as family events.
The trade fair season opens with the Fair of Freight Vehicles and the Day of Serbian Transporters (September 10-11), followed by the prestigious International Arms and Military Equipment Fair “Partner 2025” (September 23-26). The International Fair of Weapons and Military Equipment is held at the Belgrade Fair every other year. The sponsor of the event is the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Serbia.
October is reserved for a large number of events: from the Furniture, Equipment and Decoration Fair and the Wood Industry Machinery and Tools Fair (October 8-12), through the Grafima, Bureau-Expo, and Packaging and Packaging fairs (October 8-11), all the way to the Energy Fair and EcoFair (October 20-22), as well as the Medicine and Dentistry Fair.
The 61st International Fair of Furniture, Equipment and Interior Decoration will be held parallel to the 61st International Fair of Machines and Tools for the Wood Industry, as a recognizable event in the sphere of furniture design, production and distribution, bringing together manufacturers, distributors and professional buyers, as well as numerous visitors. This year’s edition brings a refreshed concept – in addition to the recognized business segment, special emphasis is placed on the return to proven values that have been synonymous with the Belgrade Furniture Fair for decades: the possibility of buying furniture at special fair prices.
The 45th International Fair of the Graphic, Paper and Creative Industry, popularly known as Grafima, presents the achievements of the graphic industry, sophisticated advanced technology, dedicated IT, design programs and creative-art graphic genres, while the 31st International Fair of IT and Office Equipment – BIROEXPO brings new products of office equipment, machines and accessories for office business, office furniture, etc.
The 20th International Energy Fair is the largest annual regional gathering of companies, institutions and professionals in the electricity, coal, oil and gas, renewable energy, energy efficiency and mining sectors.
The 21st International Fair of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources – EcoFair, is the largest manifestation of its kind in the region and has an economic and educational character on the topic of environmental protection.
The highlight of the autumn events will be the 68th International Belgrade Book Fair (October 25 – November 2), joined by the 54th Education and Teaching Aids Fair (October 29 – November 2). The International Belgrade Book Fair is one of the oldest and most important literary events in the region. Its main goal is to provide opportunities for publishers, authors, booksellers, librarians, book distributors, multimedia companies and other actors to establish contacts, exchange experiences, conclude business agreements and achieve other types of business and cultural cooperation. All publishers from Serbia and the most reputable publishers from the region present their annual publishing production at the Fair.
The fair of education and teaching aids, in addition to promoting learning as a lifelong process and pointing out the importance of education and training, includes a rich exhibition program and everything necessary for the equipment and operation of educational institutions.
The very end of October is reserved for the 48th MEDICINE AND DENTISTRY FAIR, an international event where dental, medical and laboratory equipment and supplies, pharmaceutical products and medical services are presented to the public.
In the autumn months, the Belgrade Fair will once again be a meeting place for ideas, knowledge and business opportunities, but also for socializing and entertainment for all generations.
